Are you passionate about food and the culinary arts? If you are looking for a career in the food industry, then our Professional Cookery programme will provide all the right ingredients.

You will learn detailed skills and competencies in culinary techniques and food preparation through practical classes in our professional kitchen. The course also explores restaurant service, food science and nutrition.

You will build of portfolio of experience and skills that will be enhanced through work placement in professional food service environments.
