Organic gardening and food production is a rapidly developing sector, and this course will provide a foundation for a range of careers in organic enterprises.

Through practical projects you will experience natural growing, without use of artificial products, and learn the principles of organic management. Study areas will cover a wide range of issues such as organic principles, soil management and food crops, landscape construction and design in commercial and domestic contexts.

This course can help you establish a career in organic gardening and is a first step towards further study.
